The latest creation from Chef Alexis for the months of March and April which will be served at our international view restaurant is Asparagus and Tomato panna cotta with olive sabayon. We would like to congratulate Chef Alexis on his promotion to Executive Chef of Melati Beach Resort, Chef has been with us for nearly 2 years he hails from Germany and has a passion and a creative flare for creating both international and Thai dishes. His love of food started at an early age and he has continued that love affair by joining us at Melati with him he brings experience and imagination to make exciting varieties of cuisine.
