The latest creation from Chef Ken is Miang Kham - “One Bite Wrap” with spicy ginger and Thai chilies, sour lime segments, nutty toasted peanuts and coconuts, and a sweet and salty shrimp paste-based sauce this mouthwatering dish is a gourmet delight if you love traditional Thai cuisine but we have added a Melati twist that mixes the spectrum on flavors on a single plate this will be the dish for you during your stay with us.
The special signature dish for the coming month's is Smoked Duck and fried Scallop with Pumpkin Wedges, Rocket, Lime Orange Sauce and Curry Foam all these delicious flavors in one dish has the WOW factor. Chef Alexis created this dish with your pleasure in mind with all the different textures and aromas which is a modern take on a traditional dish.
Let Khun Ning our cocktail guru guide you on a journey of cocktails for the upcoming months, she has created this delicious and fresh cocktail "Coconut Wonderful" made with White Rum, Malibu, Pineapple Juice and Coconut Milk with all these original flavors but with a Melati twist this cocktail and a chat with Khun Ning will become a daily event even if its drinking at our swim up pool bar or on the beach.

Whenever you see them around the resort they are always happy to recommend the best sellers on our menu or our special offers.
